1. Consentimiento y finalidad.

1.1. La persona que acceda a este Sitio Web (en adelante, el USUARIO), asegura tener capacidad jurídica y de obrar para navegar de forma autónoma y comprendiendo  .

1.2. Los datos personales que los Usuarios aporten a Michael Vincent Padilla (en adelante THEPADILLA),  a través de este Sitio Web serán objeto de tratamiento con la finalidad indicada en los correspondientes formularios establecidos al efecto, por lo que se entiende otorgado el consentimiento al tratamiento de sus datos personales por la aportación de los mismos.

1.3. THEPADILLA le informa que los datos personales facilitados al cumplimentar el formulario “Contacto” serán incorporados al fichero “CLIENTES Y PROVEEDORES” debidamente inscrito en la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos y se tratarán con la finalidad de gestión de clientes y proveedores, contable, administrativa y fiscal.

1.4. THEPADILLA le informa que los datos personales aportados por los Usuarios a través de sus comunicaciones por correo electrónico serán objeto de tratamiento con la finalidad de gestión de Clientes y Proveedores y la finalidad de gestión de colaboradores y contactos.

1.5. Las preguntas incluidas en cada uno de los formularios son de carácter voluntario, salvo aquellas marcadas con un asterisco (*) o con la expresión “obligatorio”, que serán de obligadas respuestas. THEPADILLA se reserva el derecho de no tramitar solicitudes o peticiones de información incompletas o manifiestamente inexactas.

1.6. Los datos de carácter personal que los Usuarios aporten a través de las cuentas de THEPADILLA en las redes sociales serán objeto de tratamiento con la finalidad de gestión de clientes y proveedores (publicidad y prospección comercial, venta a distancia, sistema de ayuda a la toma de decisiones,  recopilación de direcciones y comercio electrónico): Instagram,  Youtube  y Linkedin

2. Seguridad de los datos.

2.1. THEPADILLA cumple estrictamente la legislación vigente en España y en la Unión Europea, en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal, en particular, con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos (LO 15/1999) y su normativa de desarrollo (Real Decreto 1720/2007).

2.2. THEPADILLA adopta las medidas técnicas y organizativas necesarias para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos personales facilitados, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos y los riesgos a los que están expuestos. THEPADILLA siempre trata de desarrollar nuevas tecnologías que protejan sus datos.

6.1. Está expresamente prohibido utilizar la direcciones de correo electrónico o de perfiles de redes sociales de este Sitio Web para el envío de comunicaciones publicitarias sin que previamente hubieran sido autorizadas por los destinatarios de las mismas.

6.2. Las comunicaciones publicitarias o promocionales recibidas en las direcciones de correo electrónico o cuentas en las Redes Sociales de THEPADILLA sin que previamente hubieran sido solicitadas serán denunciadas ante las autoridades competentes.

1.4. THEPADILLA would like inform you that personal information provided by the User through e-mail communications will be subject to treatment for the purpose of managing clients and providers and with the purpose of  managing collaborators and contacts.
